Working along-side Brewster Murray Architects and Formula Interiors, KAWANA was appointed to provide and install wayfinding, environmental graphics, office glazing and signage for this unique, seven story office building, home to NSW Transport.
The client brief was to create an activity based working environment.
All meeting rooms were named after a bridge, road or highway and the location identified by the original Aboriginal name and the story of that particular tribe as a memory of our heritage. The Australian theme of the building filtered into the signage with timber wayfinding and soft office glazing, computer cut vinyl stories that helped promote Australian culture and created spaces that brought people together.
KAWANA worked closely with the team, with weekly onsite meetings, multiple print density prototypes and testing in order to ensure that the vision was brought to life through all facets of the project.
