Domino’s Mobile Pizza

KAWANA was engaged by fast-food giant, Domino’s, to bring their new vision to life. The Mobile Pizza Kitchen, a complete Domino’s store on wheels, was inspired by the devasting impact of the floods earlier this year to local communities. The mobile food trucks will enable Domino’s to serve even more customers across the country, including those in regional towns across Australia.

Domino’s CEO said, “We believe that our Mobile Pizza Kitchens will be able to deliver great value to even more customers nationwide and allow us to be closer to our local communities in times of need. For example, during events such as the floods earlier this year, the Mobile Kitchen will be able to continue providing safe, hot meals to those impacted.”

Several rounds of prototypes were produced and presented to Domino’s, and it was decided that a hybrid of signage would be used to bring the trucks and trailers to life: 3M vinyl wrapping, raised acrylic signage, feature LED neon showcasing the logo and illuminated signage panels that are foldable for transportation.
