KAWANA Partners With Walkinshaw Andretti United Race Team

It’s going to be a massive year for the team at KAWANA, with CEO and Director Shane Moroney announcing the company’s partnership with the Mobil 1 Boost Mobile Race team in 2018.

The Walkinshaw Andretti United race team will begin its campaign at the Virgin Australia Supercars opening round in Adelaide, with 2010 Supercars champion James Courtney and second-year driver Scott Pye taking to the wheel from March 1 to 5.

Creating the ideal Pit environment for the racing team, KAWANA will introduce visually uplifting signage and effects to enhance the experience for the crew.
Shane said it was an honour to partner with the three iconic brands, Walkinshaw Racing, Andretti Autosport and United Autosports.
“The heritage of both Walkinshaw Racing and Andretti Autosport speaks true to my family background, so this partnership is quite significant both personally and to the company,” he said.
The KAWANA logo will feature on the right and left-hand side of the race cars, driven by V8 legend James Courtney and Scott Pye.
The logo will also feature on the sleeve of the race jackets worn by the team.
